Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Shipping is a flat $6 per order, charged at checkout. Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days by USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after that.

Sales tax

Orders shipping to Washington include Washington sales tax, calculated at checkout.

Returns and replacements

Soap is a personal care product, so all sales are final. If your set arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email hello@jointhebrightside.com within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Meals

Every two-bar set gives 20 meals to those in need. The BrightSide Co. provides meals to Feeding America based on orders placed. Meal equivalency is based on Feeding America's reported cost data. Contributions are made in periodic lump sums. The BrightSide Co. is not affiliated with or endorsed by Feeding America.

Privacy

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. To ship your order we keep your name, email, shipping address and what you bought.

If you sign up for email, we keep your address in Brevo, our email service, and use it only to send BrightSide news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

With your consent through the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages work. We do not sell your information.

This shop is separate from our telehealth service. Nothing you do here is connected to a medical record.
